KEY RESPONSIBILITY / JOB PROFILE

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for a range of strategic and client-facing duties central to the growth of Caroline Healthcare’s services:

Identify and approach potential clients (who are looking for Homecare services).
Promote Caroline Healthcare services, which include diagnostics, ICU set-up, GDA (General Duty Assistant) services, Nursing staff, health checkups, and other specialized homecare solutions.
Call and follow up on leads to introduce healthcare services and convert them into valuable customers.
Possession of 1-2 years of experience in marketing & sales (specifically in homecare practices) is an advantage, though not strictly mandatory given the comprehensive training provided.
Be open to travel & visit multiple hospitals and client locations as part of the job role.
