VACANCY CIRCULAR
Applications are invited from eligible and interested Indian nationals for one post of Member in the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
TDSAT is an Appellate Tribunal established under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 to hear various appeals under the said Act. The Tribunal exercises jurisdiction over Telecom, Broadcasting, IT, Airport tariff and the Aadhaar matters under the respective Acts. The Headquarter of TDSAT is situated at New Delhi.
The Qualification, other eligibility conditions for the post and the pro-forma of applica- tion are available in the websites of the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions and TDSAT i.e. http://www.persmin.nic.in or http://www.dopt.gov.in or http://www.tdsat.gov.in respectively.
The application in the prescribed pro-forma can be sent up to last date of 31st January, 2025 till 05:30 PM.
