Subject: NOTIFICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF TEHNICAL PERSONS/ARCHITECTS/DRAFTSMAN ON TEMPORARY BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (02) YEARS W.E.F. 01.06.2023. Applications on plain paper duly enclosed with attested copies of testimonials viz Qualification, Experience, Personal credentials etc for registration of Technical Persons for preparation of Site/Building Plans at Municipal Council, Pulwama for a period of Two (02) years w.e.f. 01.06.2023, strictly as per the “Competence/Functions” as shown against each at Column (11), below. The desired candidates are asked to submit their applications to the the office of the undersigned latest by 18.05.2023 up to 04.00 PM.

Competence/Functions

 

Engineer on Record (EOR) The registered Engineer shall be competent to carry out the work related to the building/development permit as given below:

 

Prepare and sign structural drawings and service plans and information connected with building perit. Preparation of structural drawings, details and calculations of buildings on plot up to 500 m2 and up to 5 storeys or 16 m in height, all service plans and re-

 

lated information connected with development permit of area up to 1 heactare for metro-cities and 2 hectares for other places. Issuing certificate of supervision for development of area up to 1 hectare (for metro and Class I cities) and 2 hectares for other places pertaining to building layout, building structure, civil works and service installations.

 

Issuing certificate of supervision and completion of all buildings including structure and building services.

The registered Surveyor-I shall be competent to carry out the work related to the building permit as given below:

 

Surveyor-1

 

Prepare and sign plans.

 

For residential:

 

Up to 1 Kanal plot (3 storied building)

 

For commercial:

 

Up to 7 marlas plot (2 storied buildings)

 

Supervisor on Record (SOR)

 

The registered Supervisor shall be competent to carry out the work related to the building permit as given below. All plans and related information connected with building permit for residential buildings up to 100 m2 and up to two storey’s or 7.5 m in height;

 

And Issuing certificate of supervision for buildings as above.
