We are Hiring

FIL Group is looking to hire Technical Field Manager for its joint venture with global leaders specializing in the

creation and production of PIP and stone fruit varieties. The position shall be based in Srinagar-Jammu &

Kashmir and shall be responsible for the management of production of plant materials (trees, grafts, buds) of

optimum quality.

Position Title

Technical Fieid Managor

8.Sc./M.Sc. (Agricultural Science) preferably with plat pathology. genetics, fruit

sciences, orchard management & agricuture technology

Qualification

Years of

experience

Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing independently a farm related

enterprise; preferably in a Hitech plant nursery, orchard management etc.



Plan and orgonize the cuitivation, fertilization, irrigation, protection and

maintenance of stool beds for rootstocks production, Nurseries and mother tree

orchard for graft and bud wood production.

Ensure all production operations incduding agriculture inputs, field

preparations, planting8, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting etc.

Ensure implementation of quarantine disease monitoring plan for nursery and

rootstock orchards

Work Profile

Compensation-As per industry standards

Travel -Wilingness to travel abroad.

Preference-Candidates with prior experience in nursery and orchard management and skilled in the use

of nursery equipment and tractor sprayers
