Responsibility:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, cupcakes, and desserts, following established recipes and techniques.
Ensure the quality and consistency of baked products by carefully measuring ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, and controlling baking times.
Decorate and finish baked goods with artistic flair, paying attention to detail to create visually appealing presentations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, new baking techniques, and ingredients to continuously enhance your baking skills.

Eligibility (Educational qualification & experience required?): Requirement:
Previous experience working as a baker or in a similar baking role is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in producing a variety of baked goods will be highly regarded.
A formal culinary education or a degree in baking/pastry arts is advantageous, but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience in a professional baking environment will also be considered.
Proficiency in various baking techniques, such as dough preparation, cake decorating, pastry assembly, and dessert plating. Ability to consistently produce high-quality baked goods with excellent texture, flavor, and appearance.
