1.The candidates must be in possesion of all equired documents on 06.04.2022 and no document/certificate issued beyond the cutoff

date shall be accepted/entertalned.

2In case of large number of applications, the candidates shall be shortlisted for the written test as per availability of space/resources.

3. The selection shall be made purely on the basš of merit obtained by the candidate in the written test (to be held subsequently).

4.In case any post of the aforesaid categories gets filled up on regular basis during the intervening period from the date ofissuance of

notification to the date of selection, such posts shall be deemed to have been withdrawn/deleted from the notifhcation and the final

selection shal be made as peravailability of posts at the time of selection.

S.In case of tie in the merit obtained in the written test the following procedure shall be followed to break the tie-

In case of tie between Post Graduates and graduate candidates, the Post Graduates candidates ill be given preference.

i) In case of tie between two or more Post Graduates the candidates having secured higher percentage of marks in PG Degree will be

prefered.

i)n case of tie between two or more Graduates the candidates having secured higher percentage of marks in Graduation will be

prefemed.

)In case of tie between Graduates and Diploma holders, the Graduate candidates will be given preference.

) In case of tie between Diploma holders, the candidate having higher percentage of marks in the Diploma Course will be prefered.

a.The necessary instructions for flig-up ofonline form and submission offees detailsshal be available on GMC, Sgr vwebsite (www.

gmcs.edu.in).

bSeparate links for flling up of on ine application form shallbe available on the ofcial website of GMC, Sgr. W.e.f28.03.2022 (10.00AM

onwards).

cCandidates are required to. apply online through the official website of GMC, Sgr. only

d.The requisite original documents indluding domicile certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed for the

purpose must be produced at the time of document verification, or

as and when sought by GMC, Sgt

e.The candidates are required to upload the images of thelr recent photograph and specimen signature which should be uploaded in

Upeg) format only

Candidates have to deposit fee of Rs. 300/-through online mode only ie through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

g.Applications ofthose candidates wll not be considered who do not pay the fee in online mode.

1. Candidates must take a print out of the application form and fee receipt after successful filing up of the application form.

Candidates cannot edit their application formafter submision.

Candidates shall ensure that their E-mail ID and Phone Nos. as mentioned by them in the online application are active during the

curency of selection process

. Candidates shauld not submit a print out of the application/fee payment receipt to GMCat this stage. However,the candidates shall

submit the downloaded printout of the applikation forms along-with the fee payment receipts and attested copies of requisite

certificates as and when GM may callfor submisslon of such documents.
