NEED BASED ACADEMIC ARRANGEMENT FOR SESSION 2023
Applications in online mode are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement as Lecturers, Teaching Assistan ts and Physical Train ing Instructor
purely on Need Based Academic Arran gement in Islamia College of Science and Commerce, Srinagar for academic session 2023 i.e, up to 31st of
December, 2023 ortillthe commencement ofwinter vacation, whichever happens to be earlier. Prospective applicants shall visit the College website
https://www.islamiacollege.edu.in and fill application form strictly as per instructions and thereafter proceed for online payment of form fee of Rs.100/- in
e-mode for each subject. The window of application form (filing) shall remain open from 30-12-2022 to 10-01-2023 up to 4:00 p.m.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
LECTURER/PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR:
Minimum Qualification: 1. Master’s Degree in relevant su bject with at least 55% marks (S0% excluding any grace marks in case of SC/ST/differently
abled) with NET/SET/SLET or Ph.D.
2. For the programme/subjectof MBA the applicants with MBA/ MBA-Financial Management/MFC degree can apply and
College will engage the Academic Arangement with MBA or MBA-FM/MFC Degree holder only as per departmental
requirement. However, separate merit lists will be compiled for MBA and MBA-FM/MFC degree holders
TEACHING ASSISTANT:
Mas ter Degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% excluding any grace marks,in case of SC/ST/differently ab led)

10-01-2023 upto 400 p.m. No request shall be enter tained after expiry of last date and closure of link thereof. The criteria for preparing of the merit
list for the academic session 2023 shall be as per the guidelines for engagement of candidates on academic arrangement basis in Degree Colleges of
UT of J&K under Government Order No.46-JK (HE) of 2022 dated 28-02-2022.

Use the user name (email) and your set pasword to login to the portal.
After successful login you will be presented with detailed instruction sheet. Read it carefully to ensure proper filling of on ine application fom.
Cick on submit application fom -you will be presented with applicant undertaking.
Cick agree and proceed if you agree with and understand the undertaking.
FOR SECTION1-PERSONAL INFORMATIONFill in correctinformation, and after completely filling the fom proceed to next section by clicking next.
FOR SECTION 2 -ACADEMICS: Fill in the correct information as per the format, ensure to submit all the infomation especially graduation
and post-grad uation details. Proceed to the next section by clicking next.
FOR SECTION 3- EXPERIENCE/ PUBLICATIONSFll in the correct information as per the format in correct chronological order and Proceed to
the next section by clicking next.
FORSECTION 4-UPLOADS: Upbad the relevant credentials & testimon ials.
Note: Applicant can log out and bgin with his/her credentials. The application will be locked and submitted only when the applicant presses

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The engagement of candidate($) will be purely on Need Based Academic Arrangementwherever requirementarises for the academic session
2023. The engagement will be strictly in accordance with the revised guidelines framed by the Hr. Edu Department vide Govt. Order No.46
JK (HE) of 2022 dated 28-2-2022.
College shall prepare a common merit list for each Program/Course for Lecturers, Teach ing Assistants and Physical Training Instructor for the
academic session 2023 strictly as per the eligibility criteria laid down in the revised guidelines for engagement of candidates on academic
arangement basis in Higher Education Department under Government Order No.46-JK(HE) of 2022 dated 28-02-2022, reproduced as under.
