Eligibility: B.E. /8. Tech and M. E. /M. Tech. in Civil Engineerine

or equivalent with 1st division or equivalent either at 8. E./8

Tech. or at M.E./M. Tech. level.

OR

Ph.D from Institution of National importance with GATE directly

after the Bachelor's degree.
