Applications from candidates with prescribed qualification &Experience for deployment as Vocational
Trainers-(Retail) in secondary and Higher Secondary Schools in the state of Jammu and Kashmir,

Qualification
Bachelors in Business Administration from a recognized university with 2 years of teaching/work
experience or Graduate with Diploma in Retail Management/ P.G. Diploma in Marketing with at
least 50% marks & 2 years teaching/Work Experience. Preference shall be given to higher
education with MBA(Retail Marketing)

Minimum Competency: Effective communication skills (Oral &Written). Basic computing skills. technical

Age Limit: 18-37 years (As on Jan. 01 2023) Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt. rules. The suggested
qualification is the minimum criteria. However higher qualifications will also be acceptable.
