Filling up the posts of Presiding Officer and Technical Member in the Securities Appellate
Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai on contract basis

The Govemment of India invites applications from eligible candidates for filling up:
) one post of Presiding Officer in SAT, Mumbai for a term of four (4) years from the date of assump-
tion of charge or till the appointee attains the age of 70, whichever is earlier., and
Economic Affairs.
() one post of Technical Member in SAT, Mumbai for a term of four (4) years from the date of assump-
tion of charge or till the appointee attains the age of 67, whichever is earlier.
The qualifications, eligibility, salary and other terms and conditions of the appointment to the posts of
Presiding Officer and Technical Member will he governed by the provisions of the Tribunals (Conditions
|of Service) Rules, 2021.

Applications of eligible candidates in the prescribed proforma along with certified copies of required
