National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), a Statutory Corporation of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Cooperation, was established on 14.03.1963 under the Act of Parliament (NCDC Act of 1962) for economic development through cooperative societies.

The major objective of the Corporation is to promote, strengthen and develop the farmers’ cooperatives for increasing production and productivity and instituting post harvest facilities.

National Cooperative Development Corporation invites applications from eligible person(s) for following posts on direct recruitment basis:-

Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant

2 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.

Note:-

Number of vacancies advertised may vary as per requirement.

Candidates selected for the posts are liable to serve anywhere in the country. The incumbent may be posted at Head Office, LINAC, Gurugram and any of the Regional Offices across the country.

Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities/Ex-servicemen/NCDC Employees (Regular) is permissible as per Government of India norms.

As no vacancy is reserved for OBC/SC/ST category, such candidates can still apply. However, they will not be eligible for any relaxations, except for waiver in application fee admissible for SC/ST/Ex- servicemen/PwD (not less than 40% benchmark disability) candidates.

The educational qualification, age, experience etc. as stipulated in advertisement shall be determined as on last date of receipt of applications.

In the event of number of applications being large, the Corporation will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:

(a) On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. (b)On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.

(d) By holding Recruitment Test. Generally, weightage in the ratio of 75:25 is accorded for marks in Recruitment Test and for marks in interview in determining final merit.

For the posts of Dy. Directors, the persons working in Govt. Sector/Autonomous Bodies in the Level 7 of Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC (in pre revised PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-) or equivalent in other scales will be considered as having working experience in executive/supervisory capacity. In case of persons working in private sector, candidate working in managerial capacity shall be considered as having working experience in executive capacity.
