Possier is a SaaS Platform startup that provides End-to-End solutions to help manage production, operations and drive sales for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

They are looking for a Technology Lead for their team, who will be responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, a strong drive to expand their own horizons, take ownership, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

· Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code

· Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

· Experience in Technical Scaling & Cloud Architecture is important.

· Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

· Support test and deployment of new products and features.

· Participate in code reviews

· Handle Cloud Architecture to help the Product Scale

· Evolving the architecture for performance and scalability.

· Experiment & Identify the most cutting-edge technologies to solve our problems and implement them Development of our applications backend/frontend.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

· 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred (Although Experience is No-Bar for the Right Candidate)

· Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema

· Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

 

Must Haves

Working Knowledge of: NoSQL, MongoDB, Postgres, SQL, ORM Layers, Multi-Tenant Databases, MERN Stack and NodeJS

Good To Haves

Development Lifecycles: Agile Methodology, Iterative Development Models

Architectures: MVC, MVVC, Monolithic, Micro Services

Cloud Architecture: AWS Suite, DevOps, Load Balancers, Kubernetes etc.
