The interested and eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in-interview to be held on 16th June, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Innovations, University of Kashmir, Srinagar for filling up one position of Junior Research Fellow under DBT sponsored project titled “Understanding the role of RNA binding protein, Vigilin in autism related disorders”. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
The candidates should bring original certificates and other documents indicating qualification, age, percentage of marks and certificate of having qualified NET and/or similar accredited tests and research experience in the relevant field (if any) on the day of interview. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
इच्छुक और पात्र उम्मीदवारों को जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (DBT) द्वारा प्रायोजित परियोजना शीर्षक “ऑटिज़्म से संबंधित विकारों में आरएनए बाइंडिंग प्रोटीन, विजिलिन की भूमिका को समझना” के तहत जूनियर रिसर्च फेलो के एक पद को भरने के लिए कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय, श्रीनगर के इंटरडिसिप्लिनरी रिसर्च एंड इनोवेशन केंद्र में 16 जून, 2026 को दोपहर 2:00 बजे आयोजित होने वाले वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाता है।
यह पद पूरी तरह से अस्थायी है और परियोजना के साथ समाप्त होने वाला है। उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के दिन योग्यता, आयु, अंकों का प्रतिशत और नेट (NET) और/या इसी तरह की मान्यता प्राप्त परीक्षाओं को उत्तीर्ण करने का प्रमाण पत्र और प्रासंगिक क्षेत्र में अनुसंधान अनुभव (यदि कोई हो) दर्शाने वाले मूल प्रमाण पत्र और अन्य दस्तावेज लाने चाहिए। साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को कोई टीए/डीए (TA/DA) नहीं दिया जाएगा।

Master’s degree in Biochemistry/Clinical Biochemistry/Biotechnology with not less than 55% marks in the qualifying exam. The candidate must have qualified the NET/GATE/SET/or similar accredited tests. Candidates having research experience in CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing and Next-generation sequencing (NGS) may be preferred.
