Panch wards shown against the below mentioned Panchayat Halqas /M.C Ward, for the engagement of Sanginis

(Anganwadi Workers) for the Anganwadi Centres of POSHAN Project Pattan on “Hon orarium basis. The application

fom along with required documents shall be deposited in the Office of undersig ned ie, the Child Development

Project Officer, Poshan Pattan by or before 04th of June 2023 against proper receipt.

Criteria for Selection of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) Shall remain as envisaged in the Govt. Order No.

222-JK(SWD) of 2022, Dated: 30-11-2022 and Order no. 103-JK (SWD) of 2 023 Dated 28.04.20 23 ie,

Date of Birth Certificate.

The candidate should be a resident of the Electoral Ward where AWC is lbcated.

Minimum Education qualification should be 10+2 and maximum graduation.

Weightage shall be given on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2 and selection shall be granted purely

on academic merit basis & there shall not be any interview.

In case eligible candidate is availablewithin the family of retired AWW the said candidate shall qualify for

additional two percent points.

Candidates with qualification higher than graduation shall not be considered.

In case of tie in merit ofthe eligible candidate, candidate with higher age wil be preferred.

Unmarried certificate issued by Teh sildar, if name of candidate appears with parents in voter list.

Domicile Certificate issued by Tehsildar concemed.

Academic Qualification Certificates with Marks card of 10+2.

If can didate belongs to family of retired AWW, Copy of document proof.
