LNJ Institute of Skills & Technology Pvt Ltd, a NSDC empaneled Training Partner, invites Applications from candidates with prescribed qualification & Experience for deployment as Vocational Trainers-(Retail) in secondary & Higher secondry schools in the state of Jammu & Kashmir

Bachelors in Business Administration from a recognized university with 2 years of teaching/work experience or Graduate with Diploma in Retail Management /P.G. Diploma in marketing with at least 50% marks & 2 years teaching/work experience. Preference shall be given to higher education with MBA(Retail Marketing)

Minimum Competency: Effective communication skills (Oral & Written), Basic computing skills, technical competency, soft skills, Facilitation skills. The candidates should be domicile of J&K UT
Age Limit: 18-40 years (As on Jan.01, 2023) Age relaxation to be providedas per Govt. rules. The suggested qualification is the minimum criteria. However higher qualification will also be acceptable.
