Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Project Associate- 1 for SERB SURE Research project sanctioned by DST SERB under Pl: Dr. Aabid Hussain Shalla in the Department of Chemistry IUST. The research study involves fabrication of “Gastric Resistant Hydrogels Based on Modified Natural Polymers as Potent Drug Delivery Agents”.

Essential: M.Sc Chemistry, Minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA
Desirable
– Experience in designing of Hydrogels based on natural /synthetic and some modified polymers.
Rheological modelling of synthesized Hydrogels and polymeric materials, Encapsulation of drugs and bio active compounds in hydrogels and experience in handling of Rheometer, UV-Vis and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer.
Monthly Stipend
Rs: 25000/month + HRA
