Application on the prescribed format are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Laboratory Assistant in a time bound research project entitled Unravelling the Transcriptional Dynamics for Development of Eco-friendly & Commercially Viable Novel Technique for Mass-multiplication of Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) Corms for Better Yield & Quality” for a temporary period, purely on contractual basis co-terminus, with the project.

Essential Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry & allied subjects with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination. Desirable Qualification: Candidates with M.Sc. Biotechnology & having prior research experience on transcriptomics, RNASeq, Gene expression studies, PCR/RT-PCR, bioinformatics analysis and Basic Biotechnology techniques will be preferred.
Rs. 20,000/- + 18% HRA (Per DST Norms)
