Important Instructions to Candidates:
- Candidates must be citizens of India.
- Apply online only on the Institute’s website https://recruit.iitm.ac.in.
- Last date for submission of online application: 26th October 2025, 5.30 P.M.
- Upload relevant documents as per guidelines (educational certificates, date of birth proof, category certificates, experience certificates, salary certificates, proficiency certificates as required).
- Experience certificates must be on official letterhead with detailed duties, dates, and the authorized signatory’s seal/signature.
- Application fee to be paid online: Rs. 1200 for Group A (posts 1-7), Rs. 600 for Groups B and C (posts 8 and 9). SC/ST/PwD and women candidates are exempted from the fee.
- Incomplete applications or without relevant documents will be rejected.
- No correspondence for relaxation or delays will be entertained.
- Original documents will be verified at the time of the test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for any phase of the selection process.
- Reservation policy as per Government of India norms is followed, with relaxations for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwD candidates.
- Applicants in government service must produce No-Objection Certificate (NOC) and vigilance clearance at the time of document verification.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts should submit separate applications and pay separate fees.
