JOB VACANCY

Position:- Copier / Printer Service Engineer

Offcom Equipment is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as copier / printer service Engineer.

If you have a passion for technology, strong problem solving abilities and a desire to provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair copiers and printers at customer locations.

Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solution to ensure minimal downtime.

Perform routine maintenance and inspection to ensure equipment operates efficiently

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualification

Technical diploma or Equivalent experience in electronics, Computer Science or related field.

Previous experience servicing copier & printers is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work

independently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
