RE-ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for enagement of Assistant Professors on Academic Arrangement (AA) on need basis in School of Architecture, Jammu for the session 2024-25 on need basis, as per the details mentioned below:

Qualification and Experience

Assistant Professor (Architecture)

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B.Arch and Master’s Degree in Architecture or in an allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 per cent at eitheir level and 01 year of relevant professional experience. OR

Assistant Professor (Structural Engineering)

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent to B.Arch with minimum 60 per cent marks and minimum three year’s of relevant profession experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering with minimum 60% marks at either level and one year relevant professional experience.

Selection Process

The Principal, School of Architecture, Jammu shall conduct interview and/or arrange a written/screening test for the eligible candidates, if required. However, the candidates with NET/SLET/Ph.D are exempted from written/screening test.

The selec tion of the candidates shall be made by the Selection Committee strictly on the basis of Merit list to be prepared.
