Applications are invited from eligible Candidates of Reputed NGO’s/Societles/Trust Private Enterpreneurs/Indidviduals /Registered Pharmacists/Unemployeed Doc- tors/Registered Medical Practioners with a retail experience e of last T Two years (Preferebly in generic/Jan Aushadi) for opening of Jan-aushadi Kendra at Associated Hos pital GMC Baramulla.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

4 The premises shall be used for the purpose for which it has been allotted. No activity beyond its scope shall be permitted. Further, the allottee shall not sublet the premises to any person directly or indirectly or in part.

8. 9. Local candidate shall be preferable for the aforesaid post. Applications can be rejected by the authorities if requisite cri-teria are not fulfilled. Taxes as applicable under rules shall be paid by the assesses.

The Operating Agency shall be responsible to obtain a Drug license in the name of “Pradhan Mantri Bartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra” and other permissions man dated to run such store after fulfilling the requirements of PMBI.

The operating agency of the store shall execute a memorandum of understanding with PMBL.

All the billing shall be done using software provided by PMBI. No medicine can be sold in PMBJAK without using the software provided by PMBL.

The premises shall incur reasonable rent.

Operating agency should ensure PMBJK run 24×7 with ade-quate staff under the supervision of Medical Superintendent. “Operating agency will execute MOU with MS of concerned hospital in addition to tripartite MOU with PMBI.

Initially period of allotment to operating agency will be for one year & extendable subject to the satisfactory Performance.

10. In case of unsatisfactory performance by the Agency, the Medical Superintendent shall be well within its power to terminate the services of the Registered Pharmacist(s) & subustitute it by selecting another Registered Pharmacist by following the due selection process.
