Qualification:

•Finance Head: CA, MBA Finance, with relevant 5-10 years of experience.

Procurement Manager: MBA Operations with strong inter personal skills with 10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills for Finance Head:

Lead the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts, strong knowledge of GST, Taxation.

Perform variance analysis and provide insights on budget deviations.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and risks.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

Oversee the preparation of monthly.

Required Skills for Procurement Manager:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to the sourcing purchasing and management of raw materials, equipment and service necessary for cement manufacturing.

This role requires strategic planning, supplier relationship management, cost optimization and ensuring that all procurement activities align with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements with strong negotiation skills.
