Selection Methodology

The selection process is rigorous, featuring a Phase I Computer Based Test (CBT) of 90 minutes. Part I covers General Arithmetic, English, Reasoning, GK, and Aptitude (50 marks), while Part II focuses on Domain Knowledge (50 marks). Subsequent phases include Preliminary Interviews, Psychometric Evaluation, and a Final Interview.

Compensation and Service Bond

Management Trainees will receive a monthly stipend equivalent to E1 level Basic Pay (Rs. 40,000/-) plus DA. Upon successful completion of the 1-year training, they will be regularized as Deputy Managers in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000. Candidates must sign a service bond of Rs. 3,00,000 for a period of 60 months.
