Mission YUVA (Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan), a flagship initiative of the Jammu and Kashmir government, has invited online applications for key contractual roles at District Rajouri. These positions are for the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) established to foster entrepreneurship and economic self-reliance among the youth.

The mission aims to transform the mindset of the youth towards entrepreneurship, targeting the creation of 137,000 enterprises and 425,000 jobs over five years. The SBDUs and BHDs will serve as decentralized support structures providing handholding, financial literacy, and market linkages to local entrepreneurs.

Position	Units/Locations	Key Responsibilities
SBDU Coordinator / Staff	District HQ (Rajouri)	Overseeing application processing, coordinating with banks for loan disbursements, and providing strategic guidance to regional BHDs.
Business Help Desk (BHD) Personnel	Sub-Division / Block Level	Assisting entrepreneurs with documentation, DPR preparation, and facilitating access to credit and government subsidies at the grassroots level.
Motivators / Yuva Doots	Panchayat Level	Conducting door-to-door awareness campaigns (Udyam Jagriti) and identifying aspiring entrepreneurs for mentorship.

Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis to ensure the operational success of SBDU centers, which are expected to be fully functional across all districts by late March 2026.
