The Government of Jammu and Kashmir Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Jammu, has issued an advertisement notification for the recruitment of various positions on a contractual basis.

These positions are for the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Jammu. The engagement is initially for a period of six months, subject to extension based on performance and availability of funds.

The age limit for candidates applying for the posts shall not be more than 40 years as on 1st January 2026.

Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed format bypost/Speed Post/Courier/by hand etc. to the office of the Director Industries & Commerce Jammu (Chairman, MSEFC Council), 1st Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Udyog Bhawan, Rail Head Complex, Panama Chowk, Jammu during official working hours (10:00 AM to 04:30 PM).

Selection Procedure

Selection shall be made purely on a merit basis out of 100 points. 80% weightage is assigned to Marks secured in graduation (LL.B for Legal Consultant). Additional 5 points are assigned for higher qualifications (L.L.M or PG HR). Experience carries up to 5 points, and the Interview/Viva-Voce carries 10 marks.
