2. Eligibility (Age, Education, Experience, Certification)

Deputy Manager (System Admin) – E-1: Age 21-30 years (born 07.04.1995 – 06.04.2005). B.E./B.Tech (Electronics & Telecom/CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics, M.Sc (Electronics), MCA or equivalent. Experience: 2 years post qualification in areas per Annexure‑I, in Central/State Govt/PSU or private firm (turnover ≥₹300 Cr). Certification (active): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Red Hat RHCSA / VMware VCTA (or higher).

Manager (Database Admin) E-2: Age 24-33 years (born 07.04.1992 – 06.04.2002). Same education. Experience: 4 years in DBA, IT (Annexure‑I). Certification: Oracle DBA/ MySQL / MongoDB / Microsoft DBA (any).

Manager (IT) E-2: same, 4 yrs IT; Certification: Microsoft Azure Developer / AI Associate / CAIP / AI Expert etc.

Senior Manager (System Admin) E-3: Age 27-34 years (born 07.04.1991 – 06.04.1999). Education same; 6 years post qualification. Certification: Azure Admin / RHCSA / RHCE / VCTA / CKA / JNCIA‑Cloud.

Senior Manager (IT) E-3: 6 yrs IT experience; same cert range.

Educational qualifications from recognised University/Institute. Experience: only post-qualification, supported by 5 documents (appointment, experience, first & last pay slip, EPF/bank statement). Teaching/internship not counted.

Interview only (100 marks, 60% qualifying). If written/skill test held, total 200 marks (150 test + 50 interview), min 60% aggregate. Final merit based on marks & vacancies.
