ADVERTISEMENT NO: 01 Of 2024 DATED: 18-10-2024

Applications as per the format Annexed as “A”, are invited from the permanent residents of District Ramban, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for Contractual engagement as Watershed Development Team Members (WDTs), Data

Entry Operator (DEO) and Multitasking Staff (MTS) for Project Implementing Agency (PIA) for District Ramban for

implementation of the projects of Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP) under WDC-PMKSY 2.0.

The Last date for receiving of application form by hand in the Office of the Project Manager, Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP), Project Implementing Agency Ramban First Floor Jehlum Block, District Administrative Complex Ramban is 31/10/2024 up to 4:00 p.m.

Applications received after expiry of due date will not

be entertained.

Terms and Conditions:

Qualification

Agriculture Graduate, who has graduated from any

Institute recognized by the University of Jammu/

Kashmir & J&K Govt. Higher qualification in the relevant

field will be given preference. The candidate should be a Civil/Agricultural Engineering graduate from any Institute recognized by the University of Jammu Kashmir & J&K Govt. Higher qualification in the relevant field will be given

preference.

1. The candidate should have Masters Degree in Social Work or Rural Development from any Institute recognized by the University of Jammu/ Kashmir & J&K Govt.

In case candidates with MSW / RD are not available from the concerned district, then the application from candidates with Master Degree in Sociology ог Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development or Bachelor in Social Work or Graduates with National Social Service (NSS) Certificate can be considered.

In absence of these qualifications, Graduates having Sociology as one of the subjects shall be considered but qualification at S.No 1 above shall be preferred.

Graduation with one year Diploma in Computer Applications OR B.Sc. IT/BCA OR Three year diploma in Computer applications/ Software applications. Higher qualification In the relevant field will be given preference.

The candidate should be minimum 10th pass and maximum 12th pass.

IWMP RAMBAN ADVERTISEMENT NO 01 OF 2024

1. The application of the candidate who possesses the Degree awarded through Correspondence mode which is not

approved as per Order/Circular issued by J&K Government/ University of Kashmir/Jammu shall be rejected out-

rightly.

2. The candidate must be a domicile of the District Ramban for which he/she is applying. If the candidate with the

desired qualification is not available in the Ramban district, candidate of the adjacent district can be considered.

3. The Age limit for the engagement of Watershed Development Team Members and others under WDC-PMKSY 2.0

shall be fixed as per the prevailing Govt, Rules of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.

4. The selected candidate shall be paid a fixed remuneration as under.

a. Rs. 15000(Fifteen thousand) only per month for WDT’s,

b. Rs. 9375 (Nine thousand three hundred and seventy-five) only for Data Entry Operators and

MTS shall be paid as per minimum wage norms.

5. The selected Candidate shall bear good moral character and there is nothing adverse against him/her in Police or

Vigilance record.

6. Selected candidates have to fumish an affidavit duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate to this effect before being

allowed to join.

7. The contractual engagement shall be co-terminus with the project sanctioned under WDC-PMKSY 2.0. (An affidavit

dully attested by the First Class magistrate shall be furnished by the selectee stating that He/ She will not claim for

further continuation/permanent absorption in the Agency/ Rural Development Department before joining).
