The University of Kashmir (UOK), NAAC Accredited Grade A++, has released Advertisement Notice No. 10 of 2026, dated 02-04-2026. Online applications are invited from eligible domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir for the recruitment of various posts in the respective Pay Levels available at the University.

The recruitment drive is specifically targeted at candidates belonging to different categories as per the University’s guidelines for the Main Campus and its various Satellite Campuses located throughout the region.

II. AGE LIMIT

The age of candidates as on 01.01.2026 should be:

Not below 18 years; and
Not above:
- 40 years in case of Open merit;
- 42 years in case of Physically Challenged candidates;
- 43 years in case of SC/ST-1/ST-2/ BA/OBC/EWS/LAC/IB;
- 50 years in case of Substantiated In-service State University Employees of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
