Applications are invited from the candidates for the following temporary position at the Institute of Biotechnology, SKUAST-Jammu. The details about the qualifications and emoluments are given below:

Minimum 21 years and Maximum 45 years (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ Physically Challenged / Ex- Serviceman/Women candidates as per Govt. of India Rules)

Emoluments (Rupees)

25000/- month (fixed)

Minimum Qualification

Graduate in Biotechnology/ Biosciences. Candidate should have experience in handling equipments such as HPLC, GC, AAS, etc.

Desirable Qualification

Candidate should have at least two-year experience of handling HPLC, GC, AAS, etc.

Terms and conditions: The engagement shall be purely on contract basis. No legal right to claim his/her

regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the University. In event of the relinquishing of the engagement one month notice is essential. The appointment is for one year. The extension for another one year may be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the appointee and requirement of the Institute.
