Principal EMRS Gurez hereby invites applications from the eligible and meritorious local candidates for empanelment of post graduates teachers/Trained Graduate Teachers on contractual/Guest basis for the academic session 2026-27.

The Engagement of empanelled candidates will be purely on merit basis subject to the approval of competent authority and availability of actual vacancy. The Empanelment does not guarantee automatic appointment, it only makes the candidate eligible for call up as per the available vacancy.

Subjects for Empanelment:

1. PGT ENGLISH
2. PGT Physics
3. TGT Maths
4. TGT Science

Eligibility Criteria for PGT:

1. Candidate must possess Master’s Degree in the respective subject, with at least 50% score and above.

2. B.Ed. degree as prescribed for PGT post.

3. Candidates must have good proficiency in English and local language.

Preference may be given to candidate with prior teaching experience having experience certificate from previous Institution and local candidates especially from Tribal Community.

Eligibility Criteria for TGT:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in science subject from recognized university, with at least 50% score.

2. Candidate must have passed B.Ed degree from recognized college university.

3. Candidates must have good proficiency in English and local language.

Preference may be given to candidate with prior teaching experience having experience certificate from previous Institution and local candidates especially from Tribal community.

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be purely on merit basis. A merit-cum empanelment list will available at school. Only candidates included in merit empanelment will be considered for call up as per available vacancy and whenever needed.

Terms and Conditions:

Empanelled candidates called for engagement will be paid remuneration as per the guidelines and prescribed scale for contractual/guest PGT/TGTs. The engagement if any shall be subject to verification of documents, medical fitness and approval from competent authority.

Forms will be available on the school website or hard copies can be received from the school office during office hours from the date of publication of this notice. Last date of submission of forms will be 18/04/2026.

Mode of submission: Forms will be submitted in person at the school office. Documents to be enclosed (Self attested): Marks sheet and Degree certificate (Matric to PG/B.Ed.), Domicile Certificate, Experience Certificate if any, Aadhaar card copy with contact details, and Recent passport size photograph.
