The District Administration, Srinagar, invites applications for key contractual roles under the Small Business Development Unit (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) initiative, as per the revised directions of the Apex Committee meeting held on 13-10-2025. This re-advertisement notice is part of the Mission YUVA project aimed at building the future of entrepreneurship in J&K.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must be at least 21 years old and not more than 45 years old as on the date of notification.
Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
The candidate must possess a graduate degree of at least 03 years duration with minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA from a University recognized by UGC.
The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA) issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) issued by Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
