DIRECTORATE GENERAL NATIONAL CADET CORPS (DGNCC) under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, has sanctioned expansion of NCC vide Letter No 8/20/2024-D (GS-VI) dated 01 Jul 2024. In order to implement expansion plan, DGNCC will be hiring Two (02) Ex Servicemen (ESM) NCOs/Havs (Substantive) as Instructor Staff on contractual basis in 3 J&K Bn NCC, Baramulla and 8 J&K Girls Bn NCC, Jammu under NCC Directorate Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh.

रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के तहत निदेशालय जनरल नेशनल कैडेट कोर (डीजीएनसीसी) ने दिनांक 01 जुलाई 2024 के पत्र संख्या 8/20/2024-डी (जीएस- VI) के माध्यम से एनसीसी के विस्तार को मंजूरी दी है। विस्तार योजना को लागू करने के लिए, डीजीएनसीसी एनसीसी निदेशालय जम्मू कश्मीर और लद्दाख के तहत 3 जम्मू-कश्मीर बटालियन एनसीसी, बारामूला और 8 जम्मू-कश्मीर गर्ल्स बटालियन एनसीसी, जम्मू में दो (02) पूर्व सैनिक (ईएसएम) एनसीओ/हवलदार (सब्सटेंटिव) को अनुबंधित प्रशिक्षक स्टाफ के रूप में नियुक्त करेगा।

The hiring procedure includes application submission via email and post, screening by Board of Officers, interview, document verification, selection, contract agreement, induction, and a three-month probation period.

भर्ती प्रक्रिया में ईमेल और डाक के माध्यम से आवेदन जमा करना, अधिकारियों के बोर्ड द्वारा स्क्रीनिंग, साक्षात्कार, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन, चयन, अनुबंध समझौता, इंडक्शन और तीन महीने की परिवीक्षा अवधि शामिल है।

Eligibility: Should have retired as Havildar (NCO). ESM from all Arms & Services are eligible subject to meeting criteria. Personnel with service as instructors in Cat ‘A’, Cat ‘B’ Trg Est & Regt Centres or having ‘I’ grading in professional courses will be given preference. Must have completed colour service commensurate to rank. Gap in service not more than three years from retirement date; retired on or after 31 Mar 2023.

पात्रता: हवलदार (एनसीओ) के पद से सेवानिवृत्त होना चाहिए। सभी हथियारों और सेवाओं के पूर्व सैनिक मानदंडों को पूरा करने पर पात्र हैं। कैट ‘ए’, कैट ‘बी’ प्रशिक्षण प्रतिष्ठानों और रेजिमेंटल केंद्रों में प्रशिक्षक के रूप में सेवा देने वाले या व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में ‘I’ ग्रेडिंग रखने वाले कर्मियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। रैंक के अनुरूप पूर्ण रंग सेवा पूरी की हो। सेवानिवृत्ति की तारीख से तीन वर्ष से अधिक का अंतराल नहीं होना चाहिए; 31 मार्च 2023 या उसके बाद सेवानिवृत्त हुए हों।

Discipline & Medical: Not more than one Red Ink entry in entire service & no Red Ink entry in last five years. Character should be exemplary. Medical Category SHAPE-1 at discharge. Personnel with Low Medical Category due to “Alcohol Dependence Syndrome” or ‘S’ cases are not eligible.

Pay & Allowances: NCO will draw an All Inclusive Fixed Remuneration of Rs 35,000/- per month which includes all allowances. Annual increment of 3% will be entitled. TDS @10% will be deducted.

वेतन और भत्ते: एनसीओ को 35,000 रुपये प्रति माह का ऑल इनक्लूसिव फिक्स्ड पारिश्रमिक मिलेगा जिसमें सभी भत्ते शामिल हैं। 3% की वार्षिक वृद्धि प्रदान की जाएगी। 10% की दर से टीडीएस काटा जाएगा।

Other Terms: No EPF applicability (Form 11 to be submitted). Insurance declaration required. Own accommodation. Earned leave 1.5 days per month. Maximum age limit 54 years for NCO. Initial contract 2-3 years with possible 11 months extension.
