Applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on the University website (https://www.skuast.org.), for the engagement of Testing Engineering/Young Professional-1 at Farm Machinery Testing Centre for testing of hand tools, manual/bullock drawn equipments and power drive machines of SKUAST-Jammu. As per the details

given below:

Note:

1. The mode of interview shall be offline and shall be communicated through email/what’s app/phone call.

2. Venue of interview: Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Block No. 07 (GF) Main Campus, Chatha

Terms and conditions for academic arrangement are as under:

1. The engagement shall be purely on contract basis.

2. No legal right to claim his/her regularization/ appointment by the absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the university would be entertained. In event of relinquishing of the engagement one month notice is essential.

3. The appointment is for six months. The extension for further period may be granted subject to be satisfactory performance of the contractee and availability of the funds and requirement.

5 6. The contractual position advertised herein can be withdrawn at any time as per the decision of the University.

The application form complete in all respects along with the self-attested copies of the certificates and accompanied with Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Comptroller, SKUAST-Jammu payable at Chatha should reach the office of the Dean, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Block No. 07 (Ground Floor) Main Campus, Chatha through post/ in-person and they may also submit an advance copy via email ([email protected]) on or before 07.03.2025.
