Communication and Reporting

Engagement with Clients.

Expertise in Product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamic.

Documentation and Specifications

Customer Relationship Management

Problem Solving and Analysis.

Strategic Planning and Advice.

Process Improvement and Optimization.

Implementation and Change Management.

Project Management.

Must Have Skills

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong logical reasoning and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Communication: Clear and effective in both written and verbal exchanges.

Technical Proficiency – Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of SQL Server.
