विटास्टा स्कूल ऑफ लॉ, कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय से संबद्ध और भारतीय बार काउंसिल द्वारा अनुमोदित, ने प्राचार्य एवं सहायक प्रोफेसर (विधि) पदों के लिए पुनः विज्ञापन सूचना संख्या 01/2026 जारी की है। यह 21 जुलाई 2026 की पिछली सूचना का आपत्ति पत्र है, जिसमें UGC 2018 विनियमों एवं कश्मीर विश्वविद्यालय के मानदंडों के अनुसार संशोधित पात्रता मानदंड हैं।

Eligibility Criteria (as per UGC 2018 Regulations): For Principal – Ph.D in Law with 15 years of teaching/research and administrative experience as Professor/Associate Professor as per UGC/BCI norms. For Assistant Professor – LLM Degree with minimum 55% marks and NET/SLET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D qualification.

पात्रता मानदंड (UGC 2018 विनियमों के अनुसार): प्राचार्य के लिए – विधि में Ph.D तथा UGC/BCI मानदंडों के अनुसार प्रोफेसर/सहायक प्रोफेसर के रूप में 15 वर्ष का शिक्षण/अनुसंधान एवं प्रशासनिक अनुभव। सहायक प्रोफेसर के लिए – न्यूनतम 55% अंकों के साथ LLM डिग्री तथा NET/SLET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D योग्यता।
