Essential Qualifications: Assistant Professor – Master’s Degree in Physical Education with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) with NET/SET/SLET or Ph.D. Specialist – Master’s Degree in Physical Education with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST). Computer Instructor – Master’s Degree in IT/Computer Applications with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST). Lady Warden – Master’s Degree in Physical Education with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST); preference for Hotel Management Certificate.

How to Apply: Candidates must download the application form from the college website www.jkgcope.edu.in between 19‑08‑2026 and 29‑08‑2026. They must also pay a non‑refundable fee of ₹300 via J&K Bank Ganderbal A/C No. 0560040500000067 in favour of the Principal. The e‑challan can be downloaded from the college website. The completed hard copy along with all documents must be submitted at the Principal’s office by 29 August 2026.

Terms & Conditions: The engagement is purely temporary till the end of academic session 2026‑27 or till the post is filled on a regular basis. Candidates will have to sign an agreement attested by a 1st Class Judicial Magistrate. Maternity leave (up to 30 days) for female candidates without remuneration is allowed. The remuneration will be as per Government Order No. 219‑HE of 2018. Documents required: 2 passport size photos, domicile/PROC, marks certificates, DOB, experience certificate, and affidavit.
