अतिथि संकाय (गेस्ट फैकल्टी) के लिए विज्ञापन
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Guest Faculty in the School of Horticulture Science and Technology (SHS&T), Kurbathang, Kargil for the Academic Session 2026–27. The engagement shall be purely temporary and on a stop-gap basis to meet the immediate academic requirements. 
The Interview for eligible candidates shall be conducted on 22nd September, 2026 at SHS&T Kurbathang, Kargil in online/ offline mode.
शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए स्कूल ऑफ हॉर्टिकल्चर साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी (SHS&T), कुरबाथांग, कारगिल में अतिथि संकाय (गेस्ट फैकल्टी) के रूप में जुड़ाव के लिए पात्र उम्मीदवारों से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं। यह जुड़ाव पूरी तरह से अस्थायी और तात्कालिक शैक्षणिक आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए एक स्टॉप-गैप व्यवस्था होगी। पात्र उम्मीदवारों के लिए साक्षात्कार 22 सितंबर, 2026 को SHS&T कुरबाथांग, कारगिल में ऑनलाइन/ऑफलाइन मोड में आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Eligibility / पात्रता:
The candidates must possess the minimum qualifications prescribed under the UGC Regulations, 2018, as amended from time to time, for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor in the concerned subject.
उम्मीदवारों के पास संबंधित विषय में सहायक प्रोफेसर के पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए समय-समय पर संशोधित यूजीसी नियम, 2018 के तहत निर्धारित न्यूनतम योग्यता होनी चाहिए।
Documents Required / आवश्यक दस्तावेज:
Candidates shall report at the interview venue with the following documents:
• Original certificates/testimonials in support of educational qualifications and experience;
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and testimonials; and
• One recent passport-size photograph.
उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों के साथ साक्षात्कार स्थल पर रिपोर्ट करेंगे:

Terms and Conditions / नियम और शर्तें:
1. The engagement shall be purely temporary and on a stop-gap basis and shall not confer any claim or right for regular appointment.
1. यह जुड़ाव पूरी तरह से अस्थायी और स्टॉप-गैप के आधार पर होगा और नियमित नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा या अधिकार प्रदान नहीं करेगा।
2. The engagement shall be purely temporary and shall continue until a contractual or regular faculty member is appointed in the concerned department.
2. यह जुड़ाव पूरी तरह से अस्थायी होगा और संबंधित विभाग में एक अनुबंध या नियमित संकाय सदस्य की नियुक्ति होने तक जारी रहेगा।
3. Preference shall be accorded to local candidates, subject to their fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria and the requirements of the University.
3. स्थानीय उम्मीदवारों को वरीयता दी जाएगी, बशर्ते कि वे निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों और विश्वविद्यालय की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हों।
4. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the Interview.

5. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of engagements, not to fill the advertised positions, or to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, without assigning any reason.

6. The decision of the University regarding the selection and engagement of Guest Faculty shall be final and binding.
