Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the ANRF Prime Minister Early Career Research Grant (PMECRG) funded research project entitled: “Development of a Dual-Responsive Mucoadhesive Biomaterial for Local Tumor Suppression and Mucosal Regeneration in Canine Oral Carcinoma”.

Number of Positions: One (01). Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA (HRA as per university guidelines). Essential Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Animal Biotechnology, Veterinary Biochemistry, Veterinary Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or allied disciplines selected through CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship 
(Assistant Professorship) or GATE, or through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies (ICAR, DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER etc.). Desirable: Experience in mammalian cell culture, biomaterials, drug delivery systems, bioengineering, and animal handling. Project Duration: Initially for one year, extendable based on performance and availability of funds. Location: Watson Crick Centre for Molecular Medicine, IUST, Awantipora.
