जम्मू और कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश – अतिरिक्त जिला विकास आयुक्त कार्यालय, रियासी मिनी सचिवालय जिला प्रशासनिक परिसर, रियासी-182311। जिला रियासी में मिशन युवा के तहत प्रेरक (Motivator) सूचीकरण के लिए पुन: विज्ञापन सूचना।
Name of the Post: Motivators (05 No. of posts).
Remuneration Structure: Fixed Pay Rs 2,000/- month (Allowance to cover local travel and communication) + Variable Pay (Performance Incentive) up to a maximum of Rs 3,000/- month based on sanctioned loan applications.

• Cluster-1: Arbaiss, Nihoch, Dewal-A,B, Lar, Gulab Garh, Baransal
• Cluster-2: Chakalwallan, DhakiKote, Jij-A, B,Gari, Narkote, Thub
• Cluster-3: Badder, Larh, Bathoie-A-B-C, Sarh Upper-A Sarh Upper-B
• Cluster-4: Jamaslan-A-B, Mahore, Sildhar, Shajroo-B
• Cluster-5: Shakari, Dubri, Thillo, Ganjote, Jamlan, Kansooli, Mulass, Sarh Lower
Eligibility Terms & Conditions:
1. 21 years and above on the date of notification.
2. Minimum 10th class pass qualification.
3. Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
4. Each Motivator will be responsible for managing at least 5 No. of panchayats/wards allotted to them.
Note: Retired Government officials, NGO-workers, Pashu Sakhis, Bank Sakhis, other Community Resource Persons and local community members are encouraged to apply.
पद का नाम: प्रेरक (Motivators – 05 पद)। मानदेय: ₹2,000/- प्रति माह (नियत) + अधिकतम ₹3,000/- प्रति माह (प्रदर्शन प्रोत्साहन)। पात्रता: 21 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु, न्यूनतम 10वीं पास, जम्मू-कश्मीर का अधिवास (Domicile)। प्रत्येक प्रेरक कम से कम 5 पंचायतों/वार्डों के प्रबंधन के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
