Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Office of the Chief Education Officer Kathua has issued an Advertisement Notice (Ref No: DIP/J-11353, Dated: 29/9/2026) inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for engagement as Cluster Resource Coordinators (CRCs) for Teaching Support in Government Higher Secondary Schools of District Kathua.

Terms and Conditions & Eligibility
- The hiring of the Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made subject-wise on a merit basis, after ascertaining the genuineness of documents/testimonials and recognition/validity of course(s).
- The candidates can apply for only one subject.
- The selection shall be made strictly on the basis of the prescribed selection criteria/merit and verification of original documents.
- The engagement shall be purely temporary/academic in nature and shall not confer any right upon the selected candidate for regular appointment against any permanent post.
- The selected CRCs shall perform the duties assigned by the competent authority and provide academic support, mentoring, and teaching support to the schools/clusters assigned to them.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the selection/document verification process.
- The tenure of temporary hiring shall end on 31st March, 2027.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026): Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years. Candidates should not be born after 01-01-2008 and not born before 01-01-1986.
