KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage daily office operations and administration
• Coordinate between clients, office staff & field teams
• Maintain client records, reports & documentation
• Handle scheduling, follow-ups and internal coordination
• Ensure smooth communication between departments
• Support management in day-to-day business activities
