Job Overview
Post: Tally Operator cum Stock Manager. Job Type: Full Time (Office + Packaging & Handling Support). / पद: टैली ऑपरेटर सह स्टॉक मैनेजर। नौकरी का प्रकार: पूर्णकालिक (कार्यालय + पैकेजिंग और हैंडलिंग सहायता)।
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally. / टैली में दिन-प्रतिदिन के खातों को बनाए रखें।
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills and records. / चालान, बिल और रिकॉर्ड तैयार करें और प्रबंधित करें।
- Handle stock/inventory management. / स्टॉक/इन्वेंटरी प्रबंधन को संभालें।
- Coordinate and assist with packing & handling of products. / उत्पादों की पैकिंग और हैंडलिंग में समन्वय और सहायता करें।
- Ensure proper labeling, boxing and dispatch activities. / उचित लेबलिंग, बॉक्सिंग और प्रेषण गतिविधियों को सुनिश्चित करें।
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. / कार्य क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता और संगठन बनाए रखें।
Requirements
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written). / अच्छे संचार कौशल (मौखिक और लिखित दोनों)।
- Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream). / योग्यता: 12वीं पास या स्नातक (कोई भी स्ट्रीम)।
- Basic knowledge of Tally (will be preferred). / टैली का बुनियादी ज्ञान (प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
- Willingness to work in packing/handling operations. / पैकिंग/हैंडलिंग कार्यों में काम करने की इच्छा।
