Applications are invited from the interested candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the project titled “Powder bed fusion of Advanced polymers for dental applications” sanctioned by the Department of Science and Technology under the TDP programme, India.

Essential Qualification:
⚫ B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Materials/Manufacturing/Production) with 3 years’ experience or M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/Materials/Manufacturing/Production) with at least First division (65% or 6.5 CGPA on 10 point scale) or equivalent at all levels starting from secondary education for essential qualifications.
⚫ Essential qualification from a recognized technical institute/university as a full-time program.
• Preference may be given to the candidate having appropriate knowledge of additive manufacturing/ polymer science/polymer processing/biomedical applications
• Desired Qualification:
1. Knowledge of scientific investigation of new polymer materials using powder bed fusion process, material characterization techniques such as DSC, TGA, DMA and prior experience of additive manufacturing processing and post mortem-analysis is desirable.
