Officers Under the Central/State/ Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations

 

i. holding analogous posts on regular basis, or

 

ii. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs.5400/- or

 

iii. Junior Engineer (Electrical) with 7 years’ service in the grade pay of Rs. 4600
