1. CYCLE – 2 ROLLING ADVERTISEMENT: This is Cycle – 2 of Rolling Advertisement (Employment Notification no 03 / 2026 dated 30.03.2026). All terms and conditions, unless notified otherwise, mentioned in the Rolling Advertisement will be applicable except those mentioned below.

2. ELIGIBILITY NORMS: Based on the information provided in the online application, candidates are provisionally permitted to present themselves in person for the interview without any scrutiny of application forms/documents or determination of eligibility. However, on the day of interview, documents to determine eligibility w.r.t. to essential qualification(s), age, category, experience, wherever applicable, NOC etc. will be scrutinized by the Institute’s scrutiny committee. Only after the satisfaction of Scrutiny Committee w.r.t his/her eligibility, a candidate will be allowed to appear in the interview for the post.
a) Cut-off date to determine the eligibility in all respect for Recruitment cycle – 2 is 30.09.2026 (Wednesday). To be eligible for selection for these posts, the candidate should pass the qualifying degree examination by the cut-off date mentioned above & the result should be declared to this effect on or before this date. The tenure of qualifying degree should also be completing latest by this cut-off date. Similarly, the cut-off date for determination of eligibility in subsequent cycles will be notified separately every time.
If any ineligibility is detected at any stage, candidature of the candidate will be cancelled without any notice.
3. CATEGORY CERTIFICATE:
a. Candidates applying under OBC category must possess valid caste certificate. Since the vacancies are being advertised in financial year 2026-27, therefore, valid NCL-OBC certificate issued w.e.f 01.04.2026 will be considered valid. A candidate who submits NCL-OBC certificate issued before 01.04.2026, his/her certificate will be considered as invalid and the candidature as OBC candidate will stand cancelled for this recruitment.
b. Candidates applying under EWS category must possess valid EWS certificate issued on or after 01 April, 2026.
4. NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC): Candidates who are in-service in any Govt. Hospital/Institutions/Govt. Organization are required to submit their application through proper channel. Alternatively, he/she must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from his/her employer/competent authority on the date of Interview failing which they may not be allowed to appear in interview.
