Desired Skills & Experience
2 to 3+ years demonstrated IT infrastructure technical work experience with increasing responsibilities
Intermediate/working knowledge of cloud systems, networks, servers, desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals
Basic IT industry/vendor Certifications ? NSE 1, 2, 3 and 4 , CompTIA A+, Network+ / Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Fortinet
Associates Degree or higher
Must have high attention to detail and demonstrated client service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Outgoing, ambitious, eager and ability to work in a team environment
Strong ability to learn quickly, self-starter and researcher
Ability to adapt and provide steady and consistent service delivery in an evolving dynamic information systems arena
Deep understanding of WAN/LAN and transport technologies
Working technical knowledge of network and Security control protocols
Able to conduct research into security/network/server issues and products as required
Ability to present ideas and concepts in client/business-friendly language
Highly self-motivated and directed, with great attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong client service orientation
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a multi-client, fast-paced environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, high energy environment
Experience required for the Job: 3.0 – 10.0 years
Annual Salary of the Job: 3.50 – 9.00 Lacs
