The organization is currently seeking a System Analyst Intern to support product enhancement and operational analysis. This role is remote-based and offers performance-based growth opportunities.

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Stipend: ₹5,000 / month (Performance-based)

Opportunity: Potential full-time conversion based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

What You’ll Work On

Understand the Altabeeb platform from both business and technical perspectives. Test workflows, identify gaps, and improve system reliability.

Support product enhancement and operational analysis. Bridge healthcare business requirements with digital execution.

Coordinate asynchronously and attend calls/meetings when required. Document workflows, observations, and operational processes clearly.

Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical system improvements. Understand customer behavior, operational challenges, and product expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Strong business and technical acumen combined with excellent communication and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently with high ownership.

Strong mental presence and execution mindset. Awareness of market trends and customer expectations.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments. Strong observation skills to identify system gaps and inefficiencies.

Attention to detail in testing, validation, and workflow analysis. Basic understanding of digital systems, APIs, databases, or SaaS workflows is a plus.
