ADDENDUM/CORRIGENDUM

1. It is notified for the information of all concerned that the recruitment through CSB for regular appointments 2026-27 for the posts of PGTs, TGTs published in Daily Excelsior and Times of India on 07 Dec 2025 in the newspapers stand cancelled.

2. The application form will be submitted for PGTs, TGTs & PRTs for term based teachers through local selection board (LSB). LSB interview for the academic session 2026-27 for the term based teachers of following anticipated posts for Army Public School Rakhmuthi, Akhnoor & Nagrota scheduled to be held at APS Rakhmuthi on behalf of HQ Northern Command.

Note:-
(a) Candidates who have already applied for the posts mentioned in previous advertisement published in Daily Excelsior and Times of India on 07 Dec 2025, are not required to submit their application for the posts they have applied, as their same application will be considered for term based teachers in the same school through local selection board (LSB) for 04 years.
(b) Salary & DA applicable as per AWES norms.
(c) The selection process will be followed by evaluation of teaching skills including interview as per post requirement.
(d) No TA/DA is admissible for interview.

3. CTET is mandatory for PRT & TGT. OST qualified candidates will be preferred for PRT, TGT and PGT.

4. Passing the Online Screening Test is NOT MANDATORY for appearing for the interview and evaluation of teaching skills & computer proficiency. However, after selection for the post of a teacher (term based), the candidate must pass the OST within two years of being appointed with a minimum overall raw score of 50% (100 marks) failing which the post will be cancelled.

6. Application Forms. Application form and other details can be obtained between 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs from APS Rakhmuthi on all working days. Application forms may also be downloaded from the school website i.e www.apsrakhmuthi.org. Application form along with DD for Rs. 250/- in favour of Army Public School Rakhmuthi payable at Akhnoor and all educational and experience certificates duly self attested must be sent or submitted to the school for where the post is applied by the candidate i.e Army Public School Akhnoor, Army Public School Rakhmuthi or Army Public School Nagrota on or before 17 Jan 2026 by 1000 hrs.

Thereafter no application will be accepted. Application forwarded through e-mail will not be accepted.

7. Shortlisted Candidates will be called for interview telephonically / by e-mail.
