BD Security Ltd. invites applications from an experienced professional to manage HR operations, employee relations, labour-law compliance and statutory obligations across its branches and client locations.

Eligibility Criteria & Experience Requirements / पात्रता एवं अनुभव:

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR; LLB degree preferred.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in managing HR operations and statutory compliance.
Knowledge Domain: Strong working knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, and statutory compliance.
Core Responsibilities: Experience in HR operations, employee relations, disciplinary matters, legal notices, compliance audits, employment contracts, HR policies, statutory records, and liaison with labour authorities.
Industry Preference: Experience in Security, Facility Management, Staffing, or Manpower Services will be preferred.
