Recruitment of Trainee Engineer I and Project Engineer I at BEL Hyderabad on Temporary Basis

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and India’s Premier Professional Electronics Company under Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications for the following personnel on temporary basis for execution of various prestigious projects for EWNS and EWLS SBUs of Hyderabad Unit.

Note on Age Relaxation:

Upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years extra for PwBD (in addition to SC/ST/OBC relaxation).

Posting:
Selected candidates will be posted at BEL, Nacharam factory / Ibrahimpatnam Factory at the discretion of the management based on merit, category, and available vacancies.

Terms of Engagement & Remuneration

Trainee Engineer-I: Initially for two years, extendable by one year (max three years). ₹30,000–₹40,000/month.
Project Engineer-I: Initially for three years, extendable by one year (max four years). ₹40,000–₹55,000/month.
Eligible for allowances including medical, attire, and footwear at ₹12,000/year. Area allowance of 10% if posted outside Hyderabad where no BEL office exists.
Project Engineers completing 4 years tenure are eligible for ₹1,00,000/- retention bonus.
